Terms & Conditions

Please take the time to read the Terms and Condition and Return policy. Once purchase, you have agreed Terms & Condition and Privacy.  We reserved the rights to change the Terms and Condition and Return policy at any point of time. 

POINTS

  • Every $1 spend on product earn 5 point

  • Points will be calculated excluding delivery

  • Use points deduct your purchase, only remaining amount points will be earn
    (example: Buy $12 Fur mat, you decided to use your points "$9 off", $12 - $9 off  = $3 = 3 points

  • To redeem, $1 off for 100 points 

*Expiration of points valid for only 1 year from the date of your Sign up. Once expired and to renew will count from the date of you earn the points

ORDERS 

⦁      Undergo of process of > packing & schedule delivery ( 1 - 2 days ) > delivery via third party ( 2 - 3 working days )

⦁      Made to order / preorder  > ordering & making payment from manufacturer ( 2- 3 days working days ) >  shipping to overseas warehouse (5 - 7 working days) > Packing & ready for shipping to Singapore ( 1 working days ) > Shipping to Singapore (7 - 14 working days) *Shipping days may varies due to unexpected circumstances may happened due to weather conditions or pandemic 

⦁      Order only if you are comfortable to wait

 

RETURN AND EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY
⦁      In-stock items with no custom, sales, pre-order, clearance, promotion, offer and discounted products
⦁      Within 7 days after date of receive
⦁      Item has to be in new conditionunused, not damage
⦁      Item has to be in the original packaging

⦁      Edenbox Singapore reserve the rights to reject any returns and exchange items if it does not meet the all the criteria in this Terms & Condition or at any circumstances

⦁      Damage for In-stock item will be issued a replacement accordingly with the same design will take estimation 3 - 4 weeks

NON-EXCHANGEABLE AND RETURN ITEMS INCLUDES

⦁      Hygiene-related product

⦁      Bathroom & toilet accessories such as mats and towels

⦁      Mattress, Pillow, Cushion, Cushion covers, Insert, Bolster, Bedding Sheets

⦁      Clothing product with free sizing, sales, clearance or discounted item

⦁      Unworn, not washed or altered 

⦁      Item is not under custom order, preorder item, sales, clearance, discounted or display item​

When purchasing any products from Edenbox Singapore, you acknowledge that you will not be able to seek compensation, return or refund if all of these, please ( refer to order ) is on the products and if does not affect the functionality of the product, it will not be eligible for returns or exchange

Not eligible for Returns or Exchange below:​

  1. Any minor defect of product such as paint peels, discoloration, stains, scratches, crack, abuse, usage or wear and tear not more than 3 cm per area
     

  2. Any form of damages that has failed to work in proper order caused by your handling of the product
     

  3. Items with minute of imperfection such as slight stains within 1-3cm, loose threads, thread bumps, crease marks and scratches
     

  4. Print placement for printed items (print items may not receive as accurate as the product advertising image)
     

  5. Each product, color, design or texture may have a slight different due to different batches produce by the manufacturer
     

  6. Acceptable error of difference in measurement of 2 - 3 cm.
     

  7.  Slight difference during viewing may occur in product color due to the studio natural surroundings, strong lighting, discrepancies from individual monitor screens​ 
     

  8. Report of damaged, defect or lost by the staff or our Third party courier services was not made within 3 working days upon receiving the item, Edenbox Singapore will not be reliable.
     

  9. Damage for In-stock item will be issued a replacement accordingly with the same design will take 3 - 4 weeks
     

  10. Return and Exchange of wrong item issued by Edenbox Singapore, will resend with delivery fees covered by Edenbox Singapore 
     

  11. All products  that are custom, pointed damage during any live streaming, sales, pre-order, clearance, promotion, offer, discounted products are non exchangeable, non refundable and is not applicable for wrong selection made by customers.
     

  12. Return is only applicable for In-stock item and has to be reported within 7 days after receive (this does not applies to pre-order, made to order, sale, offer or discounted items. If it is not reported within the dateline given, we will not be liable for any damages)
     

  13. Return & Exchange for different product (eg: Exchange of carpet cover Victorian 
     

  14. Refund is applicable once all criteria are met

RETURNS

  • All returns and refunds will take 7 days to process and complete after return item collected

  • At all cost returning the item will result in restocking fee of 18% per item from the original value of item include deduction for handling (example: Price purchase – Restocking fee = Amount to be refunded)

  •  Return is only applicable for In-stock item and has to be reported within 1-2 days after receive. This does not applies to pre-order, made to order, sale, offer or discounted items. If it is not reported within the dateline given, we will not be liable for any damages

  • Before returning the item, will require to schedule timing with Edenbox Singapore and sent to our location


EXCHANGE

  • All exchange will take within 7 working days (depend of the availability of the product stock) otherwise if item is out of stock, it will take 3- 4 weeks

  • Exchange will only applies to same product with different colour & size ​​

  • Exchange will require to schedule time with Edenbox Singapore and customer will have to sent to our location


REFUND
⦁      All form of refund will be done under online bank transfer

⦁      2 Failed attempt in delivery will result in no refund

 

 


CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
⦁      All cancellation of orders must be informed 3 working days before the delivery date (This does not apply to items that are custom, sales, pre-order, clearance, promotion, offer and discounted products)

⦁      Cancellation of preorder item has to be informed to us within 1 working days (This does not apply when payment has already been made from you)

BROADCAST FACEBOOK LIVE 
We reserved the right to block and release your item from bid if conditions meets below:
•    Cancellation after Facebook live are not allowed
•    Transaction must be made within 24 hours
•    Bid items will be reserved and on hold strictly for 24 hours
•    Negotiation 

•    Using of vulgarities, offending and harassing

•    No accumulation of orders from current to next purchase

PROMOTION CODES / PROMO CODES

•   Can only be use 1 Promo codes per transaction


DELIVERY INFORMATION
Edenbox Singapore uses Third-party delivery

As soon as the item is ready for delivery from Edenbox Singapore we will schedule the delivery to your location of address as soon as possible. We will try our best to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.

 

⦁       Delivery lead time is just an estimation

⦁       Your responsibility to check that your product dimension which can be found on our website, that it will fit through any doors, lifts or staircase in their packaging before you place the order (failure to do so will incur delivery partner to send under your block instead) 

⦁       Edenbox Singapore is not liable for any incorrect information given by you such as your name, address or contact number. We will not be responsible for any lost or delayed delivery. No compensation will be given

⦁       Express doorstep delivery fee from $5 - $15 Thirdparty deliver to you from 8am - 11pm, 3 WORKING DAYS ( price of delivery may not apply to big, furniture items )

⦁       Normal Mail will be via Singpost, are non trackable, once lost or not received Edenbox Singapore won't be reliable for it

⦁       All Normal Mail will provide video proof of mailing  only upon request by customer

⦁       Normal Mail will take 3 - 5 working days and may exclude weekends ( do note delivery time may varies due to the current ongoing pandemic or holidays )

⦁       Payment before 7pm will be schedule for tomorrow’s pickup, payment after 7pm will be schedule for the day after tomorrow’s pick up ( this does not include 1 - 2 days processing time ) 

⦁      Delivery pricing according to volumetric weight or weight, whichever is heavier : <5kg $5, 5kg - 10kg $6.90, 10kg - 15kg $8, 15-20kg $12, 20kg-30kg $15

STAIRCASE CHARGE
⦁       Additional charges depend on the time spent and amount of goods (Fees will have to be paid directly to the courier delivery person) 


PARCEL DELIVERY
⦁    Item will not include extra services such as unpacking, assembly or installation or movement into your home unless stated (This include items such as, mirror, floor mat, floor rugs, lighting, electronics, gadgets, painting, tableware, wall art, cushion, sofa or any delivered items).


⦁      No delivery to Sentosa, Changi Airport, Alps Ave, Jurong island, Pulau Ubin or other outbound island 


⦁      2 failed delivery attempts for delivery will result in overall failure of delivery

⦁      After 2 failed attempts,  redelivery cost will be on buyer
